1.  What Universities are we affiliated with?

2.  What are some of the surrounding areas?

• San Jacinto is located at the base of the San Jacinto Mountains and is a short distance from Temecula, Riverside, and Murrieta. Close to beaches, entertainment, and hiking trails, San Jacinto offers a quiet place to live.

 

3. What are your criteria for matching applicants?

• There is a selection committee that is comprised of faculty. All components of the application, personal statement and interview are used in the decision.

 

4. Where will residents be training?

• Residents will be able to gather experience with patients in a hospital setting at Hemet Valley Medical Center. They will also be seeing patients at Centro Medico San Jacinto. At both of these locations residents will be able to serve the underserved patient population.

 

5. Are paper applications accepted?

• No. All applications should be submitted through ERAS.

​6. How can I find the status of my application?

• Due to the high volume of applications, it is not possible to notify every applicant of his or her application status. However, applicants who are selected for an interview will receive an interview invitation.
