Borrego Health has COVID-19 Testing and Vaccination locations and an ongoing events calendar in the counties of Riverside and San Diego. Below are the Coachella Valley locations. Please select a region above for additional locations and events.
If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 and/or have been exposed to a person that is known to have COVID-19, you are encouraged to call our triage line 855-436-1234. We can set up a telehealth assessment to determine if you need to be tested.

All vaccinations are based on availability and eligibility. Select locations offer the Pfizer vaccination for children ages 5-11. COVID-19 testing results are usually provided within 3-7 business days.
