 About Chelsea

Chelsea discovered yoga looking for a new physical challenge and to switch up her normal workout routine. With extensive experience in athletics and coaching, she imagined yoga to be another type of physical workout but soon realized it was much more than that. She enrolled in a yoga teacher training to deepen her practice and expand her knowledge of Yoga and its philosophy. For Chelsea, Yoga is more than just the poses, it’s the connection between the body, mind and breath. She is passionate about the benefits Yoga has to offer including the benefits beyond flexibility and strength. Yoga inspires Chelsea to be mindful in all aspects of life and she hopes to inspire others, allowing them to find peace within themselves on and off the mat.
